Great and that probably is the likelyhood 80/90% of the time.
Great to hear his views. But, it still is speculation. Many expected timelines in this process have been wrong in both ways.

I appreciate your stance and appreciate your further clarity.

BTW, in a parallel universe, I am asked a far amount what I think the stock price will do if... Other than joking/funning, I never give a definite answer. Learned that one long ago...all speculation!
