Geeze Louise...

Here is what Dr. Hoorfar said -

“Never, ever is a breath analzyer going to be the gold standard measurement,” Hoorfar said.

“After a certain element is shown in the breath, they’d take the person to the station, and then they’d conduct a thorough blood test.”

Here is what Dr. Huestis said -

Dr. Huestis said - "There is no one blood or oral fluid concentration that can differentiate impaired and not impaired," says Marilyn Huestis, who spent over 20 years leading cannabinoid-related research projects at the National Institute on Drug Abuse. "It's not like we need to say, 'Oh, let's do some more research and give you an answer.' We already know. We've done the research."

One can try to spin those quotes anyway they want, but the fact is a breathalyzer will not determine impairment. A Drug Recognition Expert and Blood Test will be the deciding factor.

You said Yost disagrees with Huestis & Hoorfar? Prove it.

from a May 2016 news article:

"How quickly it gets into the hands of law enforcement is all dependent on the regulatory bodies. It has to go through approval by the national highway safety people in the U.S. to be an approved law enforcement device," said Malhi.

While there is no set date on when this breathalyzer will be in the hands of law enforcement, the company would like to have something on the streets within 18-24 months. Also, they're not just limiting this device to police.

The company thinks it would be handy in the workplace, too.

Yeah, I find matters @ Cannabix laughable as well.
