You are claiming a QDSC factory is being built this year.

1). Among your many claims, last year you repeated many times well into the autumn that QMC was receiving 7-10 mil from them in calendar year 2019? How did that work out? There is only evidence of 1/2 mil.

2). As far back as 2010 QMC made claims of having a hand in a QDSC factory in Jeddah City? 10 years later how did that work out?

3). Does China or Freschfield ring a bell? How did they work out?

4). What kind of credibility in past claims do you or QMC management have?

5). Pink sheeting the company indefinitely is a sign of covering up the BS investors are being fed and a direct sign of the lack of character of QMC management and the regard they have for shareholders.

6). Do you have the precise GPS coordinates of this supposed factory being built so people can verify progress? Keep in mind shareholders do not care about a pile of gravel nor a portajohn.

7). Do you have any actual evidence QMC has a functional QD solar cell or any functional products whatsoever so the building would have some purpose?
