I have no clue... It is the first filings in almost a decade.. Maybe Lazar sold it.. That Joseph C Passalaqua is a pos if i recall.. He prob owned shares prior.. He is over 5% so it does not matter if Lazar issues himself his normal preferred stock.. Or Lazar is just helping out on this one..


No one will know until more pieces of the puzzle come into place..
