Gers. A little common sense! If that new evidence, (ACTUALLY OLD EVIDENCE)
is accepted by the Court, and many of the defendants are found to be "DUPING" the Court, the Judges are going to HAMMER-DOWN-HARD on those defendants who made them look foolish and/or unprofessional!
That "DUPING" of the Court by the Defendants is very nearly what the Judges seemed to have labelled GERS and KK with? Wasn't it said by one of the Judges that Gers people should go to Jail for their disregard of the Law? That's what one of those GERS Investors said who was present at the FINAL ARGUMENTS, and who I believe is factual in that regard!!
Then a harsh penalty should be placed on the true "DUPERS!" What's good for the Goose is good for the gander as G-Pa used to say!!! Let's leave it up to the Judges if they see things clearly, which most everyone would not despite Secretaries helping, Notes being taken, and that this time will be relatively easy and not so laborious, as Logs and documents will be available, which may amount to one or two chapters in any Book, and that's it?
If that be the case, Penalty $$ figures could be placed, so that the same precedent will never be allowed again?
It could be that the enormity of the case made incomplete Judgments in our case, as so much work would have to be done? So that Just that one letter or document was "Smothered-up" between mountains of other documents was just not factored in as the trial went on, as it seemed to be immaterial from what the Lower Court judge decided upon! The judges seemed to have relied too much on the previous Court's decision, yet they made a terrible mistake in not reviewing the Evidence GERS has established early on in the FINAL ARGUMENTS, LOL, but was disregarded because the GERS' Lawyers seemed to think that the Document(s) were so obviously destructive to the Defendants' causes, that they went on to other things IMO!
That was not clearly established though, because the GERS people saw what the LOWER COURT decided upon, and that was Honesty, trickery and the "DUPING" factor, which all the Judges to date fingered GERS as the Criminal, yet that did not seem to matter enough to our Reps'? Gers people failed miserably to understand that factor enough, along with the persistence and convincing ability of the Defense? IMO...
