I agree there will be no appeal. The bro's walked away after their lawyer dumped them. They don't have a leg to stand on in Florida's Court.

Go after identified assets? Nope. Isaacson has to present evidence to the court. Then the Judge will issue a Decision. Then Service begins on the Central Court in Brazil. That Court will served the Bro's. The Recognition process in Brazil will begin. If that Court doesn't set aside the Judgement, the Enforcement phase begins.

We're looking at a very long road.

There will be no appeal. To file the appeal would require a bond in the the amount of 1.5X the judgement amount. The judgement will be in the $150M range. Would require $225M bond, which would be surrendered upon unsuccessful appeal. No bond company on this planet would bond this one. The next phase of this is about to begin. I believe they will immediately go after identified assets. I believe there will be a settlement now that the numbe is fairly solid. I would put the number at $.25/share. Shares divided by judgement amount.
