This is the text of document 93 filed in the Utah District Court case (2:19-cv-00222-HCN-DBP) JOINT STATUS REPORT CONCERNING PILOT PLANT

Defendant Ucore Rare Metals, Inc. and Plaintiffs IBC Advanced Technologies and Steven R. Izatt provide this status report concerning the Pilot Plant. After the hearing held on January 23, 2020, IBC provided Ucore with the keys to the Pilot Plant and the security code. IBC and Ucore have further discussed the process for dismantling the Pilot Plant and moving it to a different location, where it will be stored. The parties have not yet agreed on the company who will relocate the parts and equipment of the Pilot Plant but have agreed that the company
will need to be qualified to handle and potentially dispose of the chemicals in the Pilot Plant and have agreed that the company will need to agree to be bound by the Court’s standard Protective Order. The parties’ negotiations are ongoing
