It's interesting that part-time Williams handed this off to a non-employee. Maybe his other business is a priority.



I see it this way: Squirez only hired Williams as a favor to one of his country club (membership courtesy of QMC shareholders) buddies to give Williams an income between jobs (again income courtesy of QMC shareholders and not costing Squirez directly). The other possibility I see is Squirez didn't know what he was doing and bought Capstan before realizing it was worthless. Then he had to go to get O'Prey and an outside company to get something remotely functional for AC. Or it could be all of the above.

All the Capstan purchase did was dilute shareholders incredibly to obtain an open source (free) software they may never use anyway.

I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when POS Squires and Williams were in Italy trying to demonstrate AC to Ferrari and Ducati. I can only begin to imagine the screw ups. Notice we haven't heard from Italy since and never will. I bet POS Squires is the butt end of a few jokes in the Italian language that will last for many years.
