I filed an "official" SEC whistleblower complaint related to Bobo "The Clown" Linton. If memory serves, it was forwarded in mid-2018. I asked to remain anonymous and sought no compensation. Once the SEC starts to investigate, it can take time, but the investigation is mostly done without going public. Having no insider information, I could only provide a view of suspicious activity. Of course the SEC has the clout to subpoena the accounting records, bank records, etc.
Hopefully, the SEC is on it and this might explain the complete lack of any new KGET PR's, since November 2018. It appears Bobo's Canyon Lake, CA home was put on the market in June 2019 and was officially sold on December 6, 2019. Selling the house was certainly part of Bobo's divorce process. Some of the furniture and other household items were being sold on Facebook. I assume Bobo's ex-wife (her name is purposely not being posted) was the one who filed for divorce, but have not yet checked out the actual court records. If true, the recent report about Bobo setting up a purported ice cream date with a 14 year old, who was found on a dating site, sure won't help Bobo from a child custody perspective.
Based on Bobo's on-going history of lies, it is hard to believe half the crap he has been spewing about his current situation! Bobo is a narcissist to the nth degree. Given Bobo's ego, the claims about constantly meeting with a therapist are almost laughable! I am not versed in the California DUI laws, but it was interesting to see Bobo was still driving his Porsche just a couple of weeks after hitting a parked car, then getting whacked with a drunk driving citation on December 22, 2019. The fact that he is now admitting to being a "druggie" might be construed as progress! Or is it an excuse? The guy's life is a total mess, which seems about right, based on the plethora of investors Bobo has ripped off with his various business scams!
