Could it be the cost to extinguish debt for shares prior to a merger or buyout event is far greater then rewards of BK?

Maybe?

Only the Company knows why and we're closer then ever to getting those answers

And Rennova certianly has not acted like a company about to claim BK in many areas but something is go on behind the scene. Keep in mind this Company has an asset pallet far beyond acquired actual BK hospitals for peanuts that can be integrated, bundled up and sold as a synergistic package. What is the value in this new climate with all this up and running? Pretty big I'd imagine.

Also looks like a solid year of accumulation here to to me in the chart.
