When I do see something that is incorrect, I will point it out regardless of what side I'm on.

Saying default judgments are not appealable is laughable.

It is one of the main reasons decisions are appealed. However, the Bolzans will not have much to argue on why the default judgment should be overturned.

The Bolzans will probably have an appeal if they were smart right now like on Monday, they should contact the court and the clerk and state that they were planning on defending themselves but as a result of the court's ruling on Friday, they are prohibited from doing so.

The 7th Amendment mandates trial by jury and this case would probably apply although it's a civil case. If they were smart, they would appeal the decision and delay this for 1-2 years right to the Supreme Court. I don't believe they are that smart.

Therefore, GDSI wins.
