I’ve been getting a ton of ads from MPP asking for financial support on Social Media to help pass the STATES Act. A pretty picture of a smiling Senator Gardner and Elizabeth Warren are on the ad. Looks like they’re pushing hard for it before the elections. Also, the SAFE act is likely to be voted on in the Senate within the next couple months. Also, Hahn, the FDA Commissioner, acknowledged that trying to ban CBD would be a “Fool’s Errand” suggesting that this industry will only move forward. I’m thinking we’re going to hit positive sentiment sometime this year.
