Don't see anything. It's acive on WY SOS, but that's not new. CEO Wayne Bailey uses a very old profile on OTCM, not even mentioning him as CEO for ENCW (which he is for a very long time).

Yes, it was up 3000%, but only 1000 shares were bought at .22. Two weeks ago it traded 18,6k shares and topped .3994. Sometimes those low floating dormant ticker get some action. Someone is buying, hoping other people are watching the move and step in, so they can sell. I think it's one of those. I see on the ENCW board the comparison to ADGS, which is nonsense, because that one was actually reinstated. So if you want to buy, GL with it, but I'll pass on it.
