My take:

As with RNVA the larger general market sugar high has yet to really get going, this will leave the political pundits calling for a larger recession with serious egg face.... again. Wall st is using this fear event to shakeout,correct and re-test key areas on the big base of sugar accumulation demand of the last couple years within this double bull market.

You can see the volume and strength into weakness on so many healthcare related equities hinting at what is likely to for this sector specifically.

RNVA itself is in a financial and political pressure point going into the market shakeout. This pressure, increased volume and recent 8K are hinting that bigger answers we seek should also be coming soon.
