Potty, I think they are waiting to see oral arguments at SCOTUS, Sweeney, Atlas, etc., before finalizing the rule. It is a fascinating situation Calabria is in with respect to the capital rule. SCOTUS will spark the domino fall if they rule in favor of Seila.

Settlement would equal: Liquidation Pref, NWS, and Warrants cancelled = Scotus Ruling due to cascading domino rulings in Atlas and Sweeney, and possibly other venues.

The question becomes how much of the overpayment goes back to the companies, if any? That will directly affect how much dilution there is. I would say doubling or tripling the float is “massive dilution” but still provides a solid return in the “short term” being a year.
