I have forwarded your request for updating the website to management– I agree it is overdue.
As for the dilution issue, it is something the company has stated in its filings. It is a common method of acquiring these properties, as well as paying for operations. I do not believe you are in this business; therefore kindly understand that this is most likely the only manner Matrixx has in raising capital as a penny stock and keeping control of the company. I do not believe I have to tell you that very few people take penny stocks seriously, and for that matter, they cannot always be blamed. Liquidating or diluting its stock is generally not what most companies want to do. Most often, management as in this case has no other option besides leveraging the only assets the company has – its shares!
So, with this in mind, kindly consider the following, that Matrixx shares are worthless without these projects hitting and producing, and yet the operators are accepting it! Seems to me that they and Matrixx must believe in something! Given today’s press release, I would agree.
Now I can accept your frustration, and to a point your passion, but in future kindly do not refer to me or management as morons otherwise your future requests will go unanswered. I would never abuse you and I should expect the same.
