Treble (triple) damages are possible. In addition, there are about 60 other infringment candidates which have been identified!
VPLM has beaten aapl in two, year++ long, IPR challenge trials at PTAB. VPLM has beaten aapl, Unified Patents, t, vz in 10 other IPR challenges which were dismissed.
26 patents, all allowed and granted to VPLM...! Patents in the EU, Indonesia, India, Europe and Brazil. Amazing, in itself!
VPLM finances it's legal battles through stock issuance, so there IS dilution, but the infringement damages are increasing at a much faster rate!
