Isn't it long past due to forgo that ridiculous ceremony of the giving of the flowers?? Don't mean to be cruel to the woman but that bit of pageantry I find to be insulting. What, we're supposed to applaud the way we've been treated??? Frankly, I don't care about her. Sorry to those whom I may have offended
