That was caused by the 10,000-1 approved reverse split expiring without being used.

The excitement was put to bed when the company released a hard to find negative podcast with Seamus discussing reactivating the 10,000-1 split. And oddly the host making mention of an active RNVA internet forum. LOL

Personally I see that period as possibly creating the midpoint in a somewhat hidden 'W' style(double bottom) accumulation pattern. But thats just me.
