RYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Associated Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: AC), (the “Company”), announced today that its Board has authorized the Company to explore an offer to exchange shares of its common stock for shares of Morgan Group Holding Company, (OTC: MGHL) (“Morgan”).
