Confirmation from Clancy / Liz, Twitter posts regarding deal falling through are unfounded, the reverse merger is taking longer than planned. We are still waiting on the 8K.

Last week was not the best as far as overall market trend so hopefully we will see an 8k under a better market trend. Who knows Dr Doki may have something to offer that will do well in current market.
