Hope you have a good visit to Orlando! While I imagine your meeting time with RM will be filled with your questions, I would like to throw in a couple:

1. What is status of updated formula for iced coffee?
2. What is shipping price policy? My last order of 12 pack tea and 2 coffee bags were free shipping. Came separately. If I were to order 4 coffee bags to get over $50, I pay significant shipping fee.

2b. Some of the shipping options (UPS early next day) are silly expensive. The default shipping is much higher than the best option that is 5-10 bucks. Could the default shipping option be changed to a more realistic choice and several of the non feasible UPS shipping options removed?
