Do you mean the failed PTSD drug that failed during its third trail? The same one that was halted early February 2020, same day the stock went down 65%? Yeah, good luck on that one.

Last two times this company did smaller public offerings, the company ate sht that day, and for the weeks that followed. This time however, they did almost over double the amount of there last two, at 16M.

They said March 3rd the PO should end, and almost all the gains traders saw on Thursday are gone.
