You know what I'm thinking all the time? I hope this guys are not selling xrp only to finance the projects they are doing. And at the end the courts says (security) , the whole xrp community money is gone and they make IPO for RIPPLE.
For a few years ago I've been trapped by such a court case, they had bankruptcy (molycorp) said by the court, shut down everything the stock paper turn into nothing, I lost 7k and have to clear those papers (and paying taxes for it, crazy) from my account. A year later they went with another company (neo performance materials) in public and everything was fine. This guys screwed real nice the people and that wasn't even a OTC STOCK. That's why I'm a little paranoid sometimes. See how smart they play chess
