Is that even legal to do? Ie, if an offer wasn’t entertained, wouldn’t the judge be pissed as hell considering this is a max-value asset sale?

You are an industry insider. I would love it if you could speculate or talk to Drees and post an industry rumor over the weekend. This proves too me something big is in play, $2,000,000,000 market and someone wants too comptete against MDT, NEVRO, Boston Science & Abbott Sales Reps with Doctors and they have patented paddles for treatment that are #1 as just one of there marketing advantages over MDT, NEVRO, BOA SCI, ABBOTT.
