I think you have forgotten that the people who got sucked into the 'OFFERING " # 1 and # 2 were lured in by the opportunity to purchase future stock (THROUGH WARRANTS ) -They have now had their purchase
power DRASTICALLY REDUCED and the time to do this has been reduced ( not
listed actual date change ) They have been further SCREWED in value of their purchase and how much time they have to do it .
Let's put this in REAL analogy terms -If you bought a car and financed it
at a set percentage for 5 years -you have now had this percentage rate
DRASTICALLY INCREASED FOR PAYOFF .
