It appears D7 invested capital into UCIX if you look at the last filing.

It doesnt mean that Umbra is doing business with them, or that he solicited their investment, but it does appear that a MJ based company has put capital into UCIX.

It is two different things entirely thats being spun/twisted, but hey...
