I need a little help in understanding the financial pages 16 of the latest report...on

Do the 504's shown here represent the monthly salaries and expenses?? For instance..the 9/12/06 offering of 1,878,787 for $50,000? Am I correct? Are they restricted shares? That is less than .03 per.
