I called TA and they haven't done anything since Marc and KNOS came over to them back in the summer/fall when they had that issue. Then again, Marc's shares are common shares, so he could be dumping all of his ~27 million now that he knows there's buying interest.

But, tbh, it really doesn't make sense for him to be holding that many shares in a "pension plan" just to cash it out for 80 grand (27MM * .003 best case). Who knows what's going on, but it sure is extremely annoying that they're still silent 7 business days after being current (which took 4 months to accomplish lol).
