Soma Petroleum Limited (SOMA) Announces Completion of Frankfurt Exchange Listing and SOMA/Equitable Mining Corp. LOI with HMH/DAK Mine Tailing Project in China



TORONTO, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Soma Petroleum Limited (SOMA),
an oil and gas resource company is pleased to announce that it has
commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FWB" - Frankfurter
Wertpapierborse) in Germany under the trading symbol "SA1". The opening
price is Euro 3.00.
SOMA is also pleased to announce that with Equitable Mining Corp.
("EQUITABLE", a resource company trading on Frankfurt Exchange: E5W and as
EQBM on PinkSheets.com), they have signed a joint Letter of Intent (LOI)
with Dalian Aikete Wei Kuang Zhong He Li Yong You Xian Gong Si and HMH
("DAK/HMH") as a strategic partner in the further development of their PGM
extraction plant in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China. This joint
relationship will allow both SOMA/EQUITABLE and DAK/HMH to provide a
long-term strategic partnership in this mining operation, which will impact
increased production capacity.
