You're like a stock market scam protector?

I talked with Janice shell maybe 10 years ago about this stock pbec and tsho they were both ran by the same people, a pump-and-dump out of Canada.
that's how I found out that this was waking up, I saved it in my watchlist and when they started updating their filings thought I would jump in.

Thought what's the odds of them running a scam twice in the same stock.

What do you think have you seen anything suspicious yet?

What do you know about the transfer agent verified at the OTC markets doesn't that mean that we can trust the outstanding shares to be accurate?

If you ever find any info out or have any opinions please share I would greatly appreciate it.
