Doesn't matter if RS isn't "needed"., it's still possible. Yeah and say they do a 1 for 10, sure float is lower, price is higher(maybe a dime) but you have less shares. And chances are at a dime it will sink lower.
Rarely ever does anything good come out of a RS whether needed or not. Imho.
