You have no idea what you read in filings, what the original deal was with GNUS and A Dewdney and Penguin you thought the company had to PR when they paid off debt that was due end of January, you thought they could be forced into some liquidation nonsense.

Companies that have the principals that are in this do not go BK get liquidated for a couple mil debt coming due.
