How and why would FINRA 'stop the churning matter' (which I think you said was the relatively high number of shares on the ASK, which is effectively blocking upward movement of the stock price)?
If people want to get out at .0002 (maybe making a 100% profit on shares bought at .0001), why would FINRA care?
