2 Corinthians 5:6-9 New King James Version (NKJV)
6 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
9 Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him.
In my morning Bible & Jesus time I came across this to go with the above Scripture and it rang a bell ----so figured it was worth sharing-------"For all the anxieties, pressures, and disappointments we wrestle with, it is encouraging to remember that God's people are only on a temporary assignment in the wilderness of this world, where our aim is to point fellow travelers the way and to be well pleasing to Him.".......Think on that last part, maybe re-read it---does it speak to you?
