Just a little food for thought: ( from the NDEE website)

NDEE is soliciting comments from interested parties during the comment period ending March 6, 2020. NDEE will review and consider all comments received as the agency continues to streamline standardized air quality permit Conditions I and II.

Would seem to me that Niocorp would want the permit issued under the most recent state conditions, not get the permit then experience a delay, & or have to do a significant portion over right after construction started due to changes.

If the state enacts the changes March 9th, that MAY be the start of Niocorps 30 day comment period. Shovels ready April 9th???, or soon after, Hope so :)

Heading to Key West/ Dry Tortugas next week for our 35th anniversary. SICK of the cold & ugly brown color of everything.
