Looking quickly at the Q3 filing there wasn't even a mil on the books of convertible debt...

I'm more a chart a guy, and this chart is ripe for a major correction imo

that being said I cant help but wonder what the mil plus that wasn't needed for debt will provide "us" shareholders....

237mil O/S = 166k market cap

1.3 mil from offering still cash until next filing shows different

again looking quickly but liking the chart along with the offering
