Want to know something f-d up?

Drees evidently wanted to purchase nuvectra and right the ship, Parks and current board refused.

“they refuse to sell to me, or have anything to do with me”

He wasn’t allowed to attend the auction.

Is that even legal to do? Ie, if an offer wasn’t entertained, wouldn’t the judge be pissed as hell considering this is a max-value asset sale?
