Other micro cap companies are for OTC Markers and FINRA...but FINRA can have the power to halt. i have seen both. look at my $5k in 1998c that went to $250K----? until early 1999 when a real company usa talks.com was suspended by the SEC.....that was the kiss of death. i have trust with the SEC.GOV
