I talked to Boris today! He assured me audits are coming! And he said about the reg A will be approved when they approve it, that he has no power to make the process go any faster.

All honesty I seen Reg A take up to 6 months before.

He is hopeful to have the Reg A done before audit. That way the company will have cash for more M&A deals.

He also said, his word is gold and that he cares about us!

I straight up asked if I should be worried! He said no, and that we should be doing very well when Audits hit!

I agree! After the company is audited! There would be no excuse, except go straight up to 40 cents!
