Doc, not the tooth fairy. Just tyring to find out if it was put in writing and put out in public. If the restricted shares are only based on "hearsay" or such as telphone calls, private e-mail, then I'd say it was tooth fairy razzle dazzle. However, as you say "Bullwinkle" or his crew put it out officially in the public domain that they are restricted shares, somehow it would be proof of fraud if he dumped prior to the 2 years. No doubt there is repeated fraud in pinkie land, however, they don't make it public. That's why I wondered where the knowledge of "restricted" shares came from. So, I'm assuming that the communications re: restriced was not made in a public statement by the company. Rose
