OWCP doesn't have any assets to repay the toxic loan.

Plus OWCP gifted Sims with a default event that Bignitz knew was going to happen.

Due to the terms and conditions of the loan - the repayment would be close to $5 million as another poster suggested.

Only a OTCM scam would use a toxic lender like Sims/DGF.
