Does anyone else see the ambiguity between the above and below paragraphs which ran one right after the other in drugman's post?

Bright side the money has been allocated, the project means a lot to the area, and a lot of politicians careers are riding on its completion.

One runs into a lot of ambiguity when trying to justify whatever BS story POS Squires is spouting.
