Rhonda is out and I'm out as well. Debated on whether to post or just disappear instead, but figured it was best to share the bad news. I paid for access to the Nevade 8th circuit court documents and on january 14th a motion was filed to terminate the custodianship as "shares of ARTR can no longer be viably traded and any further efforts to rehabilitate ARTR would fail to yield appreciable benefit to the company of the shareholders". They basically argue that this is because of the caveat emptor and ARTR going "dark" and they don't mention the fraudulent merger PR that happened a few months ago. But, that could be what killed the deal.

Sorry to share this news and if you doubt it, you can find the case document. Best $6 I ever spent and wish I had found it over a month ago. I feel like if Rhonda can't rehabilitate ARTR, no one else likely will, but that's just my opinion. Someone else may eventually come in here and try again, but my guess is it's way less likely to be a legit merger company with a big payout. I've kept 10 million shares just in case. I'll be backing out from moderator duties here. BTW, I didn't get out until 3's and 4's, so no gloating here. Hopefully one of these days a reverse merger happens, but I couldn't justify waiting.
