Excellent analysis. We know that with the RM into VRTY the OS will undoubtedly increase, but the additional value here is irrefutable, and these shares are clearly undervalued here at this point. In time we get filings and a clearer picture, but VRTY shareholders are in a much better position and situation now than prior to the announced merger.
