I am trying to bring back ACCR! I am not implying anything. Any questions, just call Mr. SEC at 202-551-2000. I did want I am doing to get SEC CURRENT - negotiate better funding terms. Everyone wants shares. Not me. NO SHARES! Straight debt of ACCR only $50,000.00 7% rollover straight debt every 6 months based on FUNDING being happy with ACCR performance. SIMPLE CONTRACT, straight simple $50k ACCR debt. Simple interest 7% to be paid back in 6 months. INTEGRAL is waiting on my BP to wire the $50,000 today, so I have work to do. I filed the conversation I had with the SEC 8k last NITE at 9:30pm EST - 2nd 8K for yesterday. READ IT AGAIN!

Money is out there for funding....but they all want shares. I ain't doing shares.

Guys, someone offered me $1,000,000 to be deposited in ACCR - but they wanted control and a FORM 15 to bring bacK ACCR DARK - VULTURES!
