Why can't the RxAir spinoff happen? I would prefer a direct buyout to the spinoff myself.

The "spinoff" gives us stockholders some BS dividend shares.
And would lower the remaining value of Vystar.
VYST PPS would drop.

An outright buyout would (seemingly) increase VYST PPS immediately.
