Don't let the title fool you.
The OTCMarkets listing shows: "02/26/2020 Annual Report - Annual Report - TVOG - Year End 2019 12/31/2019"

....but that's not what the report itself IS. The cover page of the report is entitled:
Quarterly Report
For the Period Ended
September 30, 2019
Amended

These guys are the pits. Fortunately for them investors don't seem to care.

They had to file an amendment to the 3rd quarter report because they failed to include one of the required Statements (STATEMENTS OF CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDERS’ DEFICIT) in the original. That appears to be the only thing that was changed in the Amended filing.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that that failure was the reason that the Pink Limited designation wasn't updated to Pink Current on February 4th when they made the original Q3 filing. OTCMarkets undoubtedly told them about that when asked and they have now filed the Amendment to add the missing report.

Now they SHOULD be changed to Pink Current unless OTCMarkets finds fault with the Annual Reports filed on 2/12 and 2/26. And assuming that OTCMarkets and TVOG can agree to fix the OTCMarkets disclosure page which now shows:
1. "02/26/2020 Annual Report - Annual Report - TVOG - Year End 2019" where it should say "02/26/2020 Amended Quarterly Report For the Period Ended September 30, 2019"

2. And the original "02/04/2020 Quarterly Report - Turner Valley Oil & Gas: Quarterly Report For the Period Ended September 30, 2019", which needs to be removed. There obviously shouldn't be two Active reports for the same quarter.

BTW, the value of Cash and cash equivalents of $2,864 as of 9/30 (you were tricked into thinking it was 12/31 by the title) was actually $16 at 12/31.

The pits. I know kids who could do a better job with the filings...and most of them have more than $16 in the bank.

But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
