Scottrade told me yesterday that since there is no ex date, the record date 12-1 becomes the ex-date. Therefore, any trades of EQBM between 12-1 and 12-15 are for the EQBM shares only. Dividends and Warrants are not included. If this is true, that could explain some of the games of the MMs. Has anyone heard something different from Scottrade?
