He got paid to tweet and take the heat. That is how subpenny CEO are. They dont' sell shares to retail. They just there to write story for insiders/VC to dump shares. Tweeting every day show his inexperience resume of being an otc sub ceo. Not smart at all.

Reason why he is telling us that he doesn't own any shares. He doesn't need shares. He already got paid maybe just $10k which is a lot for a broke person like him. HE won't get into sec issue as long as he doesn't sell shares to public.
